Caramel Crêpe

A crêpe is a very thin, cooked pancake usually made from wheat flour. Nowadays, crêpes are popular in many countries. However, it was in France’s Brittany region where the tools and techniques were created and perfected, elevating crêpes to an art form.
Caramel Crêpe was created in 2009 by the Canadian entrepreneur Rick Foth and his wife Luana Nogueira Foth, a Brazilian journalist. Both are avid crêpe lovers!
Rick discovered crêpes in Europe, when he spent months cycling to enjoy the most beautiful places and the best food, like the Parisian crêpes. Luana has appreciated crêpes since childhood. Traditional crêperies like Crêpe au Chocolat and Ces’t si bon located in her home town Brasília, have always been favourite places to celebrate special occasions.
Having the idea, the logo was the first thing done. Created by the Brazilian designer, Leila Amorin. The creative menu was tested during friend gatherings at their place. The crêpe names are inspired by personal experiences, places and beloved people like their parents. Various ingredients include cheese, meats, fruits, syrup, vegetables, peanut butter, whipped cream and, of course lots of chocolate. We look forward to serving you!
